T’ai Chi classes at the Crispin Community Centre, Street,
10am – 11am and 11.00am – 12.00 Beginners welcome, these classes are in conjunction with Somerset “You Can Do” please telephone 01458 447248 to book a place, booking essential.

We are pleased to announce that we have now started our new T’ai Chi and Qi Gong Class on Tuesday evenings, at The Lighthouse, Tytherington, Frome. To book a place please get in touch for further details.

 

The first session is free so if you want to come along, meet the Instructors, have a chat and find out more of what we can offer and what’s involved then we will be pleased to see you. All welcome including beginners and previous students.

 

Classes every Tuesday evening from 7.00pm – 9.00pm.
